Each coupon is identified by a Coupon Code and has different requirements and rewards. Please check your coupon — all requirements stated on the coupon must be met to receive the discount.

Coupons are redeemable only on the the trouser room Web site.
In the case of a multiple-item order, the value of the coupon is allocated to each item based on the proportion of the item’s value to the total value of all items, excluding shipping, taxes and other charges.
Certain items may not be eligible for discount. This includes new items which, by law, cannot be sold at a discount in certain countries.
If your coupon has a minimum purchase requirement, shipping and handling, and other charges do not apply towards the minimum purchase amount.
Some promotional offers may not be combined with other offers in the same order. Generally, only one coupon code may be used per order.
Each coupon is valid for a limited time only and expires on the date specified in the offer.
Coupons are not for resale and are not redeemable for cash.
Coupons cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or deleted.
If a coupon is used and your entire order is cancelled or rejected, or if you return all items in your order, you will be refunded the actual amount paid and your coupon will no longer be valid.
If a coupon is redeemed on a multiple item order, the value of the coupon is divided equally between those items. If one of those items is cancelled, rejected, or issued either a full or partial refund, the coupon savings cannot be transferred to the remaining items in the order.
The Trouser Room reserves the right to discontinue a coupon at any time.
All prices listed on www.thetrouserroom.co.nz are in NZ$. All prices are correct when published. However, we reserve the right to alter prices at any time for any reason. If this should happen after you have ordered a product, we will contact you prior to processing your order.
All prices are inclusive of GST.

New Zealand: FREE deliveries to New Zealand addresses.
Australia: Flat fee of $10 for deliveries to Australian addresses.
We endeavour to ensure that orders for delivery to addresses within New Zealand and Australia arrive within 10 working days of the order being placed and disptached.
Please note that we can only deliver to physical street addresses for all deliveries.
To ensure successful delivery, please provide a delivery address where someone will be present during business hours to sign for the receipt of your package.
We will refund your purchase if you have made a genuine mistake and under the following conditions:
• Refund application must be within 14 days of date of purchase
• Goods must not have been worn
• All ticketing must still be attached
• Goods must be returned at your cost and in the same packaging as sent to you.
• If goods require pressing we reserve the right to deduct the pressing cost from the refund.
